The word “doula” originally came from the Greek word doulē, which can mean “servant”. These days, it can mean a whole host of things - I like to think of it as someone impartial who can help you through your birth journey with planning, pain management, and much more.

I can support you in your birth at TAYS, Tampere. Meetings can take place in Tampere City or in your home within the Tampere area.

I work in English with clients, and speak some Finnish, for purposes of communicating with other caregivers.
